Delivery Charges

We charge a flat rate of £3.95 per delivery, regardless of the size of the order.

 

Packaging

We use a mixture of recycled and new packaging, although the latter is made from recycled materials. We aim to minimise waste and our environmental impact when sending orders.

 

Ordering

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but usually within 24 hours. However this may be a bit slower at busy times, such as Christmas and Easter.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. If you require postal insurance please telephone us so we can make arrangements. 

We have a very wide range of homewares and clothing in stock and only a small percentage is available on this website. If you are looking for anything in particular please call or email us in case we can help. Even if we don't stock the item we may know another company that does.

Although the eco-friendly paints we sell (by Earthborn and Auro) aren't currently available from our website we are happy to take orders over the telephone. Delivery charges for paints vary from £6.50 to £10.00. Test pots may be sent more cheaply; please enquire.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay with PayPal. Our payments are handled by SagePay who ensure that your card details are held safely and are fully compliant with industry security standards, so you can place an order in confidence.

 

Returns

We aren't able to provide a free return service - sorry. Please package unwanted and unused items in the original packaging if possible and return to us at the address on the invoice. You should ask for a proof of posting when sending in case the parcel gets lost.

 

Missing Orders

Royal Mail are pretty good but occasionally a parcel does go missing (although they're usually found in the customer's shed or under next door's shrubbery eventually!) Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about non-delivery. Unfortunately a package has to be at least 15 days late before Royal Mail consider it AWOL and we can take steps to track it down.
