Chunky fairtrade wooden hearts made from sustainable mango wood. Quite weighty, with a natural leather tie. The perfect gift.
Available in two designs: plain and textured, and two colours: natural and distressed white. The distressed white heart is similar to the natural style but with a white colour wash. The textured heart has a carved ridge pattern (see photos).

The wood for these hearts comes from mango trees that have become too large and old to bear fruit. The tree is then felled and the timber used for wood products, whilst space is created to plant new mango trees. The timber provides a useful supplementary income for the farmers.
Mango trees produce a hardwood that can vary in shade from light to dark.
