ordering
We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible. You can order online safely as your card details are uploaded via a secure SSL server.
delivery
We send orders via Royal Mail. Our postal charge for the UK is £3.95. International postage will also be charged according to weight.
In order to minimise our environmental impact we send orders in recycled packaging wherever possible (sometimes it's a bit of an eclectic mix). However, if you would like your order wrapped in new packaging we would be more than happy to oblige - please mention this when you order.
We aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your goods within five working days, however we are unable to pursue missing orders with Royal Mail until 15 days after sending the goods.
international orders
We are happy to accept international orders. Please ensure you select the correct country so postage can be calculated. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
returns
You can return unused items to the address below within 30 days for any reason (sorry we can't offer free returns or refund the original postage cost). We suggest that you obtain a certificate of posting so that you may claim compensation from Royal Mail should we not receive the package. Please contact us regarding items that are faulty.
If you need a replacement, please contact us so that we can check stock and put your new order aside for you. Postage and packing is free on replacement orders.
From personal experience we know that the most common reason for returning garments is a problem with sizing. With this in mind we have tried to measure as many items as possible so you know the garment measurements rather than relying on our generic sizing guide. Please check whether there are actual measurements available on the 'Details' tab on the product description, so that you can ensure a reasonable fit. We hope this will avoid any problems with incorrect sizing.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All prices include VAT if applicable. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
